Facilities  MASCOM provides state-of-the-art facilities for training in print journalism. It has a computer lab equipped with modern computers interconnected by means of Local Area Network. In addition to training in standard software suchas MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, hands-on experience can be gained on scanners, printers, digital cameras, personal digital assistants (PDA) and voice recorders. The School has a well-stocked library. In addition, students will be provided access to the Malayala Manorama library and digital archives, subject to approval by the Director / Librarian.  MASCOM has a 64 kbps direct link to the internet and is connected to the Web on a 24 hour basis.
